Monday, August 18, The Endowment had the privilege of presenting to the New Hanover County Board of Commissioners, sharing highlights of our grantmaking journey and strategic vision for the future.
Board Chair Shannon Winslow opened the presentation with words of gratitude for the New Hanover County community, grantees, Board members, and the Community Advisory Council—whose commitment and collaboration make our work possible. President and CEO Sophie Dagenais shared how funding has been invested since our inception, the landscape of our current grantmaking, and the strategic priorities that will guide us in the years ahead.
