The 18-member Community Advisory Council (CAC) serves as an important link between The Endowment and the New Hanover County community. Appointed by The Endowment’s Board of Directors, CAC members serve three-year terms and bring a wide range of experience across education, health, public safety, social equity, and community development. Through their service, members provide valuable insight into local needs, emerging challenges, and opportunities that help inform The Endowment’s work.
This year’s application process will fill five open three-year terms on the council. Applicants must reside in New Hanover County to be eligible for consideration. To be considered for appointment by The Endowment’s Board, apply here.

Community Advisory Council
