With this grant, we propose to partner with a nonprofit arts consultant to facilitate strategic planning sessions with our board. These sessions will help us identify actionable goals related to board governance, fundraising capacity, and future staffing needs. The result will be a clear, sustainable plan that positions PCP for long-term impact, both artistically and organizationally.
Opera House Theatre Company
In 1983, Broadway actor Lou Criscuolo was hired to perform in the 125th anniversary show for Thalian Hall. He fell in love with the beautiful theater, with the charm of Wilmington, and with Mary James Morgan, who worked at the Hall. They were a great team; Lou brought his many years of Broadway experience and know-how, and Mary James brought her Wilmington connections and marketing skills.
