Requesting Funds to replace/modernize our 30+ year old elevator system and our now non-functioning security door key fob system. In doing these replacements, this will allow our Senior Residents the ability to travel safely down to the ground floor to do laundry, leave for shopping, participate in events. The Fob system will allow them easy access through the security doors of the building.
