Sana Y. Rockwell, MPH, M.S., is a systems thinker, community builder, and a seasoned strategist and operations leader with over 25 years of experience advancing equity, innovation, and impact across complex systems. Her career spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, where she has built and scaled programs that address social determinants of health, strengthen community partnerships, and drive measurable change.
Currently serving as a strategic consultant with the Pul Alliance for Digital Health & Equity, Sana co-leads operational efforts to bridge digital divides and expand access to quality healthcare. Previously, she led major transformation initiatives at Ascension, designing population health strategies and value-based care models. During her time at UC Health in Cincinnati, she managed cross-functional teams and transformed operations to build a patient and employee centric culture and contributed to system-wide financial and operational improvements.
Sana is known for developing evidence-based solutions in maternal health, mental health, and housing stability. Her work has generated millions in cost savings while improving patient outcomes and organizational performance. A dedicated advocate for health equity, she has also advised global health efforts across the EMEA region during her tenure with Methodist International in Dubai.
Sana holds dual master’s degrees in Health Care Transformation and Public Health and was a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) for over 15 years. She has served on multiple ACHE Boards and continues to actively mentor the next generation of leaders.
