Joe Finley has called Wilmington, NC, home since 2002 and is deeply committed to advancing racial equity in the community. Through his involvement with local organizations, he actively supports initiatives aimed at encouraging long-term economic and cultural transformation in the region. Joe serves on the board of directors for the Northside Food Cooperative and is a member of the Community Advisory Committee (CAC). His advocacy extends to initiatives focused on equity in education, entrepreneurship, preserving Black history in Wilmington, and promoting public art.
A co-founder of CastleBranch, Joe has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and President, during his tenure with the company. His professional journey reflects a strong dedication to innovation and organizational growth.
Joe is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a degree in English Literature. His love for storytelling and communication continues to shape his community-focused endeavors.
