Gabriella Diaz provides high-level administrative and operational support to The Endowment, serving as a key connector across executive leadership, the board, and internal teams. She plays a central role in ensuring organizational continuity, execution, and day-to-day effectiveness.

In her role, Gabriella supports executive and board operations, coordinates complex meetings and events, and manages logistics for high-visibility initiatives that advance The Endowment’s mission. She has contributed to organization-wide strategic efforts, supported grants and program operations, and partnered across departments to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Known for her sound judgment, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs, Gabriella is often relied upon to step into evolving responsibilities and navigate ambiguity with professionalism and calm.

 
Gabriella brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to her work and is committed to fostering a welcoming, well-run office environment that supports staff, partners, and stakeholders alike. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Southwestern State College, and her background in operations and organizational support enables her to balance complex priorities while maintaining clear communication and strong follow-through.
