Carolyn Beatty, a Wilmington native, has been a dedicated servant leader for over 35 years. She most recently served as the Community Engagement Director for StepUp Wilmington, where she worked to foster relationships with community, volunteers, churches, organizations, and businesses in alignment with the organization’s mission: “I am A Valuable Person Of Great Worth.”
Before joining StepUp Wilmington, Carolyn spent 37 years with Compass Group USA, including 25 years in leadership roles. As a District Manager, she oversaw a $12 million portfolio spanning 22 food service establishments across the region. Known for her “people first” philosophy, Carolyn excels in building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Carolyn continues to exemplify her passion for community engagement by creating connections that drive positive impact. She is committed to uplifting others and contributing to the growth and success of the Wilmington community.
