Andrew (Andy) Hewitt – President, A|C Hewitt Development, where he leads the acquisition and construction strategy for the company’s commercial real estate projects. With over 15 years of industry experience, Andy brings deep expertise in property repositioning, asset management, and full-scale construction oversight.
Before founding A|C Hewitt Development, Andy served as President of Paramount Group SC, a full-service real estate firm based in Charleston, South Carolina. There, he led third-party brokerage, management, and construction services while also acquiring and repositioning distressed assets. Under his leadership, the firm developed a strong reputation for delivering results across all aspects of commercial real estate. In 2020, Andy sold the company and relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina to focus exclusively on commercial development.
Over the course of his career, Andy has overseen the management of more than $50 million in property assets and led construction projects totaling over $75 million in value. Known for his pragmatic leadership and hands-on approach, Andy is committed to shaping high-quality, long-lasting developments that reflect the needs of their communities.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Andy earned his bachelor’s degree from Clemson University. He now lives in Wilmington with his wife, Lillie, son Wallace and their two dogs. Outside of work, Andy is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating along the Carolina coast.
