Amber Rogerson is a dynamic marketing and communications leader with expertise in event planning, brand strategy, and digital content creation. As the Communications Director for The Endowment, Amber drives impactful strategies to enhance organizational visibility, engage stakeholders, and deliver compelling narratives that support community-focused initiatives.
Previously, Amber was the Marketing Manager at Brawley Construction, where she led high-profile events, including ribbon-cutting ceremonies and corporate retreats, while collaborating with city officials and business leaders to support key project developments. During her tenure, she achieved an 800% increase in social media engagement and a 335% boost in video views by leveraging creative campaigns and innovative digital strategies.
Amber is also the founder of Mettle + Moxie, a successful business combining entrepreneurial vision with creative expertise. She designed marketing campaigns, developed digital platforms, and built community connections through fundraising and engagement events. Earlier in her career, as Creative Director at The N2 Company, she managed a team of 20 designers, produced high-quality publications, and introduced retention strategies that enhanced customer loyalty.
Amber holds dual degrees in Textile Technology and Art and Design from North Carolina State University and is Google Ads certified. She is also a dedicated volunteer, contributing her time to organizations such as Nourish NC and Vigilant Hope.
