Abdul Hafeedh bin Abdullah is a seasoned public health strategist, curriculum developer, and master trainer with a career rooted in advancing equity, violence prevention, and workforce development. With over a decade of experience, Abdul specializes in designing and delivering culturally responsive training programs for Community Health Workers (CHWs) and public health professionals.

A certified instructor in Basic Life Support (American Heart Association, 2017) and a TESOL/TEFL-certified educator, Abdul brings a unique cross-disciplinary skill set that bridges health, education, and community empowerment. He is the principal architect behind the CommUnity-Based Public Health Response to Violence curriculum and the Community Health Worker Violence Prevention Training Program, both launched to address systemic barriers through practical, community-driven solutions.

Currently serving with NC AHEC on the statewide Community Health Workers for COVID Response and Resilient Communities initiative, Abdul is responsible for curriculum design, faculty development, and integration of racial equity frameworks across CHW training programs. His work ensures that educational materials are not only standards-aligned but also grounded in CHW culture, Popular Education, and equitable practice.

Abdul’s expertise includes instructional design, adult learning theory, equity integration, and workforce training. He has served as both consultant and faculty for advanced CHW initiatives, championing train-the-trainer models and system-wide dissemination strategies.
