Emily Page is a seasoned professional specializing in organizational development, leadership coaching, learning and evaluation, and capacity building. She currently serves as the Vice President of Research and Impact at The Endowment, where she leverages her extensive experience to create tailored solutions for diverse organizations.

Prior to this joining The Endowment, Emily led a consulting and coaching firm focused on organizational development, strategic planning, and leadership. Her career spans executive and leadership positions across Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, small businesses, and government-regulated organizations, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of a multitude of operational challenges and opportunities.

Emily earned her MBA from Duke University, concentrating in Organizational Development and Marketing, and a BBA in Accounting from Howard University. She has undergone executive coach training with The Center for Creative Leadership and The Coaches Training Institute, and is certified in multiple organizational change methodologies. Additionally, she is skilled in adult education curriculum design and facilitation, and is recognized for her exceptional facilitation, moderation, and motivational speaking abilities.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Emily is an active community member, serving in leadership roles on numerous boards and engaging in volunteer roles. Her personal interests include theater, movies, NYT word games, cooking and baking, traveling, thrifting, vintage fashion, and dancing, including teaching line dance.
