Christine Tobias is an accomplished human resources executive with over 15 years of experience across healthcare startups, retail, and luxury goods industries, complemented by a decade in technology consulting. Known for her people-centric leadership style and exceptional emotional intelligence, she has built trust and confidence with board members and employees alike. Christine specializes in diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultures by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Christine’s expertise spans global HR strategy, leadership development, change management, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). She has successfully implemented talent management frameworks, designed leadership training programs, and launched enterprise-wide diversity initiatives. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving organizational change, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across multi-state operations.
As Chief People Officer at Medly and Pharmaca, she spearheaded policy and culture alignment, internal process audits and integration, and strategic roadmaps during complex business transitions, including bankruptcy proceedings. Previously, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Movado Group, where she expanded US and global recruitment efforts, streamlined and modernized HR processes and enabling systems.
Christine’s foundation in business change began at Accenture, where she led large-scale SAP implementations and advised global clients on change management strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Lehigh University, and is pursuing her MBA with a concentration in HR at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
