Dear Grantee Partners,
We are excited to share that The Endowment will soon transition to a new Grants Management System, Temelio, as part of our continued efforts to strengthen and modernize our grantmaking operations and grantee experience.
As we prepare for this transition, please note the following important updates:
- Effective immediately, new Letters of Inquiry (LOIs) will no longer be initiated within our current system, Fluxx.
- Effective June 15, 2026, Fluxx will be view only as we transition fully into the new platform.
- Existing grantees with upcoming reports, deliverables, payments, or active grant work will receive individualized communication and instructions regarding access to Temelio and next steps as applicable.
During the month of July, our team will be focused on system transition activities, staff training, and phased grantee onboarding. We appreciate your patience and partnership during this implementation period as we work to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition for all users.
Importantly, your existing grant agreements, reporting obligations, and points of contact remain in place. Your Network Officer or Pillar Lead will continue to be available to support you throughout the transition process.
