Resilient Learning Community

New Hanover County Resiliency Task Force (NHCRTF)

New Hanover County Resiliency Task Force (NHCRTF)’s goal is to build an ecosystem of trauma-informed, resilience-focused organizations and systems, recognizing that the well-being of those who serve directly impacts community safety and individual outcomes.

This project is supported by The Endowment and is offered free of charge to participants. Training materials will be provided. Prior to each session, participants will receive detailed information and instructions on location, what to bring, and pre-training assignments.

The program is offered in two phases.

Phase One consists of 3-Hour Community Resiliency Model (CRM) training.

Phase Two includes a series of Community of Practice sessions designed to help participants deepen their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and connect with peers as they integrate resilience practices into their work and organizations.

The Community of Practice meets weekly for eight weeks and includes both virtual and in-person sessions. Participants who complete Phase One will be invited to register for Phase Two.

To help us evaluate the program’s impact, participants will be invited to complete surveys prior to and at the conclusion of the series. Space for this unique opportunity is limited, and we look forward to welcoming you!
