2024 Grant Recipient ($1,665,000): To provide sustained support for our Rapid Rehousing and Housing Retention programs. This effort builds on 17 years’ experience using housing-focused Best Practices to end the homelessness of a diversity of neighbors—individuals, families with children, seniors, Veterans, persons with disabilities—and to assist them in remaining housed.
2025 Grant Recipient ($800,000): To help fund development costs for one project comprising 30 units of permanent supportive housing and the expansion of homeless shelter and services at 812 Martin St.
