2022 Community Grant ($200,000): This grant will support the Homeownership Program and Critical Repair Program.
2024 Community Grant ($3,500,000): To help fund new home construction and infrastructure in Haven Place, a Habitat for Humanity development in Castle Hayne, four houses in the City of Wilmington, infrastructure for Legacy Landing Phase II, a 14-unit townhome development, and the purchase and rehabilitation of 1410 Corbett St. in Wilmington.
2026 Community Grant ($950,000): To support the acquisition of a 30-acre site for the development and construction of 150-200 new and affordable homes in New Hanover County.
