2022 Grant Recipient ($100,000): Voyage operates under the mission of “connecting youth with pathways to success.” This grant will support summer employment program.
2023 Grant Recipient ($112,200): To expand student/family case management services in schools and in afterschool community centers, with the addition of four community health workers to work with low-income students with a focus on academic success, personal and behavioral development, and basic needs.
2024 Grant Recipient ($200,000): To support NHCS student and family case management services through Community Health Workers serving low-income students’ academic, behavioral, and basic needs.
2025 Grant Recipient ($559,999): To support violence prevention programs and services targeting youth including, enrichment and employment initiatives and case management.
2026 Grant Recipient ($323,120): To provide paid and supportive summer youth employment programming and supportive services for at-risk youth to reduce violence and help youth move toward high school graduation and beyond.
