2025: $560,000: To support violence prevention programs and services targeting youth including, enrichment and employment initiatives and case management.

2024: $200,000: Funding will support and expand NHCS student and family case management services, both in schools and at community centers offering afterschool enrichment. Four Community Health Workers (CHWs), funded by this grant, will serve 120 low-income students, focusing on academic success, personal and behavioral development, and addressing basic needs.

2023: $112,200: To expand student/family case management services in schools and in afterschool community centers, with the addition of four community health workers to work with low-income students with a focus on academic success, personal and behavioral development, and basic needs.

2022: $100,000: Voyage operates under the mission of “connecting youth with pathways to success.” This grant will support summer employment program.
