The Early Childhood Landscape Assessment examines what young children and families need to thrive and where gaps remain in New Hanover County’s early childhood system. The findings give the community a clearer picture of the challenges facing families and providers and point to opportunities to strengthen child care, support early childhood educators, connect families to resources, and expand services that give children a strong start.
