Megan Mullins has spent more than 20 years helping Southeastern North Carolina grow stronger.

As Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer for the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, she works to strengthen the local economy, improve infrastructure, and raise quality of life for all residents across New Hanover County. Since 2019, she has helped move forward the issues that shape the region’s economic future, from transportation and workforce to the conditions that help businesses start, grow, and hire local talent.

Megan’s professional work brings people together across business, government, education, and nonprofit sectors to solve shared problems. She is known across the region for her integrity, strategic thinking, and ability to find common ground.

She serves on the boards of the Child Development Center and the New Hanover County Tourism Development Authority, and she is a member of St. Mark Catholic Church.
