Eileen O’Malley is a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with extensive experience in operations, compliance, and financial management. As Chief Technology Officer at The Endowment, she implemented cutting-edge software solutions, including the Fluxx grants management system, significantly streamlining processes and facilitating the disbursement of over $100 million to community-focused initiatives.
Previously, as Director of Finance & Investments at Cape Fear Collective, Eileen led key projects such as securing $100 million in grant funding for the Healthy Opportunities Pilot initiative and overseeing a $20 million affordable housing portfolio. Her expertise spans policy implementation, data analytics, and software administration, contributing to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Eileen’s leadership extends to creating efficient workflows, including the customization of Salesforce for tracking programs and building PowerBI dashboards that provided real-time insights to senior management. Her collaborative approach and strategic vision have enabled her to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and partnerships that drive measurable impact.
Beyond her professional roles, Eileen contributes to her community as a dedicated volunteer. She serves on the Cape Fear Museum Advisory Board and actively supports housing advocacy through her work with the Cape Fear Housing Coalition.
