As Controller for The Endowment, Crystal oversees all finance, accounting, and reporting activities to ensure financial integrity and compliance. Working closely with the CFO, Crystal manages day-to-day operations, including accounting, payroll, audit coordination, and regulatory reporting. With a focus on accuracy, transparency, and strong internal controls, Crystal supports data-driven decision-making and the organization’s long-term financial health.
With more than two decades of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and organizational leadership, Crystal has built a career grounded in precision, accountability, and teamwork. Before joining The Endowment, she held senior financial leadership roles where she managed budgets, streamlined reporting systems, and strengthened financial performance across diverse organizations.
Crystal earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she also served as Treasurer of the MBA Association, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University.
