Christine is the Chief Administrative Officer at The Endowment and also serves as Acting Chief People Officer, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership to ensure the organization’s people, place, and process functions fully support its mission. She oversees human resources, talent strategy, technology, and office administration, guiding initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Christine brings more than 25 years of combined experience in human resources, technology consulting, and executive leadership. Her career spans industries including healthcare startups, retail, and luxury goods, where she has built inclusive, high-performing teams and led organizations through growth and transformation.
Prior to joining The Endowment, Christine served as Chief People Officer at Medly and Pharmaca, where she directed cultural integration and operational alignment through complex business transitions. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Movado Group and began her career at Accenture, leading large-scale technology and change management initiatives for global clients.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Lehigh University and recently earned an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Known for her people-first leadership and collaborative approach, she is dedicated to building workplaces where individuals thrive and missions move forward.
