Jaime Stokley is a dedicated professional with a strong background in healthcare management, nonprofit leadership, and community advocacy. As the Owner and Executive Director of Helping Hands of the Cape Fear, Jaime oversees the organization’s participation in North Carolina’s Healthy Opportunities Program, a groundbreaking initiative that delivers post-hospitalization housing services to homeless individuals. Under Jaime’s leadership, the organization has successfully implemented programs addressing critical health and housing disparities.
Jaime is also the Founder and Director of Helping Hands of the Community, a nonprofit operating under 501(c)(3) compliance. This organization addresses the healthcare and social needs of disabled and elderly populations, championing equitable access to healthcare and housing regardless of cultural or socioeconomic background.
In addition to nonprofit leadership, Jaime has experience in public health, having served as a COVID-19 Investigator Specialist during the pandemic. In this role, Jaime ensured the confidentiality of medical records, mentored staff, and trained teams in safety protocols. Previous experience as a Business Office Manager and Executive Director of Elderly Helping Hands further demonstrates Jaime’s expertise in organizational leadership, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.
Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Healthcare Management from the University of Mount Olive. Certifications include National Patient Advocacy, Guardian ad Litem Advocacy, and Subject Matter Expertise from SCORE Cape Fear.
